As some of you may have seen, we recently integrated Square into theimagefile system. Square is a great piece of software that provides everything your business needs from a financial point of view. Below we have detailed some of the reasons why you should be considering Square as your latest business tool.

Payments can be taken in person, by invoice, from your computer, from your website or one of Square Up’s payment platforms. Below we have covered the two most used methods.

In-Person Payments

With Square Up in-person payments, you can be sure to never miss a sale again. With offline mode, you can keep accepting swiped card payments even when your internet service is temporarily unavailable. All offline payments are processed automatically when your device regains connectivity. Perfect for those days in a more rural location!

You can also give customers the option to receive a receipt to their email inbox just by signing the screen of your mobile device. You can even customise the sign page with your own logo to make it more personal.

You can send invoices for your business from the Square Up app or your desktop. You can quickly and easily customise invoices to use your logo and colour scheme. You can also add attachments and personalised messages in just a few easy steps. A great way of integrating the software into your business brand.

Customers can also easily pay invoices online or in-person with no fees, no matter how they pay. Customers can even use Apple Pay or Google Pay to settle invoices from their mobile devices. Again, a great way to get your money there and then, while the emotion and experience are still fresh in the customer’s mind.

For the best results, offer multiple payment methods to customers. For example, accept credit cards via Square and also offer PayPal and others. This lets customers choose their favourite and also provides alternatives if a payment method fails.
