New Proof Delay Feature
We have a new feature for you called Proof Delay. Proof delay allows you to “hold” orders for 1-28 days giving you the chance to review cropping, retouch files or simply upload your best hi-res originals.
When an order is in proof delay you can review and change the crop and conversion settings for each image and if necessary, replace images. When done, you may “Approve” the order and immediately send for printing. However, if you take no action, the order will automatically be sent for printing after the specified number of days, so no chance of anything being forgotten! You also have the option to “Extend” the time duration, by adding +3 days. You can do this as many times as necessary.
Only orders with proof delay configured will have their orders enter proof delay automatically, however, all new print orders are automatically in a “cooling” period during their first hours and can be placed into the full proof delay state if caught early. For example, if you receive an emailed order notification and immediately notice a problem.
