Normally, this can be solved by contacting the print lab and having a replacement order printed and sent to the customer. If you’re ever faced with the task of having to resolve an order problem then:
- Log in to your account on theimagefile.
- Go to Help and Support and type in “How to resolve a problem with a partner lab order”.
- The help article talks you through the steps; from which partner lab was used (unless self-fulfilled) along will all their contact details and order ID number.
It really is that simple!
