We’ve all known the pain of a lost or damaged order, often completely out of anyone’s control. Normally, this can be solved by contacting the print lab and having a replacement order printed and sent to the customer. However, this can seem a little daunting if you don’t know where to start, but have no fear, theimagefile is here to help! If you’re ever faced with the task of having to resolve an order problem then:
- Log in to your account on theimagefile.
- Go to Help and Support and type in “How to resolve a problem with a partner lab order”.
- The help article talks you through the steps; from which partner lab was used (unless self-fulfilled) along will all their contact details and order ID number.
It really is that simple!
