Throwback Thursday – Tiered Pricing!
As Christmas is approaching, it’s a great time to get ready for the coming of a new year! So, over the next few weeks we will be focusing on refreshing and rebuilding your SEO (search engine optimisation) and websites, while giving lots of quick tips to make it easy for you to increase sales.
To get started this week we wanted to talk about tiered pricing. Now for those of us that don’t know, tiered pricing is a method that allows you to offer lower prices to customers who order in volume. For example, you might want to set up your price plan so if a print costs £12.34 then when ten prints are bought the price drops to £9.99, and if one hundred are purchased the price drops even further. As we have the benefit of seeing our online prints sales reach over two million pounds (this year) we KNOW that tiered pricing boosts shopping cart value, so it’s worth taking a look!
To implement tiered pricing in your price plans, follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your account on theimagefile.
2. Go to Help and Support.
3. Type in “Tiered Pricing” and a help article will appear. Don’t worry, it’s super easy to follow!
